Privacy and responsible AI

Automation needs boundaries before access.

Darko AI implementations should be scoped around data minimization, clear permissions, human review, and honest limitations.

Data minimization

Start with sample payloads and non-sensitive workflow maps when possible. Request production access only when needed for the agreed implementation.

Human control

Define approval points for sensitive decisions, customer communication, financial actions, or anything that changes a system of record.

Access boundaries

Use the minimum permissions required for the workflow and document which tools, fields, and accounts are involved.

Limitations

AI output can be wrong. Every production workflow needs test cases, exception routing, logs, and a human review path.

Ownership

Client source data, workflow context, and business records remain client assets. Implementation artifacts should be documented and handed over clearly.
